Ingredients

50ml of Blu Pura
15ml Rosso Vermouth
15ml Cynar

This is a new contemporary classic from Brazil’s land.
Created over 50 years ago and only recently making a resurgence in the world of cocktails, Rabo de Galo was originally a 2-ingredient cocktail, though in recent years the addition of Cynar has made the cocktail unforgettable and undeniably delicious.
A true work of Brazilian bartending artistry.

Preparation

Pour all ingredients directly into a chilled old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish with a half orange slice. This recipe recommends white cachaça, but it also works very well with an aged one like Amburana. The method can vary depending on the bartender’s choice since some of them prefer to chill the drink using a mixing glass and serve it with a nice, large cube of ice: the outcome is wonderful!
