Flavor characteristics
While freshness and purity are core to cachaça’s white version, the choice to use native wood – sourced sustainably and ethically – allows Blu to deepen and enrich complexity for some of its aged labels. These are cachaças which, gently, take on flavor characteristics from their barrels: the result entices our senses with notes of spices and baked or dried fruits.
